MSC Software, which specialises in Virtual Product Development software and services, has released financial information which gives an interesting sidelight on product prices and usage.

The companys forward sales estimates (or pipeline) include:
USA: $126 million. Clients include: GE Aircraft, the US Navy, Northrop, Honeywell and the Canadian Space Agency
Europe: $92 million. Clients include: Volkswagen, British Aerospace, BMW, FIAT and Rolls Royce
Asia/Pacific: $120 million. Clients include: Sumitomo, Advics, Shanghai Automotive and Tata Motors.

The companys total revenue in 2003 was $253 Million, and its total assets $485 Million. It has 1400 employees.
